Join us for the first annual UCLI Pre-Law Symposium!

EVENT DESCRIPTION:

During the Utah Center for Legal Inclusion (UCLI) Pre-Law Symposium attendees will receive tools and practical advice on how to navigate the application process, how to succeed in law school, and how to build a successful career in the law in Utah.

There will also be:

  • Panel discussions with practicing Utah attorneys from diverse backgrounds
  • A Mock law school class
  • Informational tabling by LSAT test prep companies
  • Free on-site photographer to take professional portraits

The symposium is intended for Utah college students from historically underrepresented backgrounds, but all interested Utah college students are welcome. (Historically underrepresented groups include women, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and first-generation college and law students.)

The Symposium is free, but space is limited. Register today!

KEYNOTE ADDRESS:

Sam Alba, a current Salt Lake City attorney who also served as Utah’s first Latino federal judge.
