Professor Robert Keiter, director of the Wallace Stegner Center for Land, Resources, and the Environment at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, was appointed to the National Park System Advisory Board on May 24, 2023.
Members of the Board advise the Secretary of the Interior and Director of the National Park Service and help make public lands accessible for all. They also recommend new National Natural Landmarks, National Historic Landmarks, and National Historic Trails.
